About the Event
Where Cinema Meets Symphony

Lights, Camera, Music is an orchestral fundraising concert presented by the Lasallian Symphony Orchestra of De La Salle University–Dasmariñas. Through the timeless magic of cinema soundtracks performed live on stage, the concert aims to raise awareness and support for its beneficiaries while celebrating the musical talent nurtured within the university and the wider Cavite community.
From the soaring themes of Star Wars to the whimsical waltz of Howl's Moving Castle, join us for an unforgettable evening where cinema meets symphony — complete with dramatic lighting, cinematic visuals, and a theatrical atmosphere that will transport you to another world.

The Ensemble
Meet the Orchestra

Christopher Ryan Abugan
Clarinetist and member of the Manila Symphony Orchestra since 2016. Performed locally and internationally including China, and a two-time NAMCYA finalist. Studied at UP Diliman under renowned clarinetists. Associate Conductor of the Citizens’ Brigade Band of Dasmariñas and an active music educator across the LSO, MSO Academy, and Makati Youth Orchestra.

Joshua Jose Peter Bee
4th Year IT student at De La Salle University–Dasmariñas with a background in percussion and music workshops. Former Drumline member who rose to Assistant Section Head, now serving as Associate Conductor of the Lasallian Symphony Orchestra. Passionate about leadership and musical growth.

Justine Ryan L. Tañada
4th Year Architecture student at DLSU–Dasmariñas, violinist since age 9. Performed with the ICA Orchestra and Light Symphony Orchestra, and an award-winning school performer. Member of the LSO since 2023 and Concertmaster since 2024.

Bahay Tuluyan
A non-profit organization committed to providing shelter, education, and care for less fortunate children. Through community-based programs and safe spaces, Bahay Tuluyan empowers vulnerable youth to build brighter futures. A portion of the concert’s proceeds will go directly toward their mission.
